We started this site in October 2019 as a simple wedding website, designed to provide our guests with details about our wedding that was then scheduled for May 2, 2020. But then the world changed.
On April 2, 2020, we used the video below to announce our wedding was “delayed.” At the time we were sorely disappointed, but we remained hopeful that we would be able to hold the ceremony and reception we had originally pictured in just a few weeks if not months.
As things became more and more uncertain, we realized we didn’t want to wait until the world was “normal” again, as we didn’t know when or if that day would come. On June 13, 2020, we got married in a small backyard ceremony, and honestly, it was better than we could have planned:
Now, we’ve turned this little corner of the internet into a space where we can share photos, life updates, and a blog about our adventures for those who care about that kind of thing.
